Dagmar has been making natural body care products for ten years.  Originally, the products were made on an individual basis in clinic for those who could not tolerate the chemicals found in most other products.  From there grew a range based on the most frequently requested blends.

Not so ‘natural’

Over the past years, the number of ‘natural’ body care products entering the market has grown phenomenally.  A close look at many of these reveals that numerous are not completely natural often containing toxic substances.  Others try and incorporate either essential oils or herbal extracts but on closer examination of the products, they are all the same.

Dagmar has combined her experience as an aromatherapist, herbalist and naturopath to ensure that each product is manufactured with ingredients that:

• Contain no parabens
• Contain no petro-chemicals

• Contain no synthetic or artificial additives
• Have not been tested on animals

Furthermore, all ingredients used in these products, including pure essential oils and herbal extracts, are at therapeutic levels – that is, they actually make a difference to your skin or hair.  Many of the plant extracts used are traditionally attributed with healing qualities.  By using adequate amounts of these natural ingredients in the True Medicine body care products, these qualities are passed on to you.

I have been asked whether my products are or will be ‘certified’ organic.  After looking into the certification process and the exhorbitant costs involved, I have decided not to ‘certify’ my products.  This is inspite of exceeding the certification requirements.  It is my goal to keep prices as low as possible so that everyone can benefit from clean, natural products which contain only the purest ingredients at therapeutic levels.  All certified organic ingredients used are identified by an *.
